Cross Kick From Ground
Just because you are down doesn’t mean you can’t kick! The ultimate goal for a fighter is to be able to attack from any position. That includes from your back!
This kick is a cross stomp to the knee. You can do it while lying flat on your back, but raising up gives you the option to throw other kicks or to stand up. Put your left hand behind you on the ground. Bring your right foot up close, planting your foot flat with your knee pointing up. Balancing with your left hand and right foot, lift your hip off the ground. Fire your left kick straight out at the opponent’s knee. It keeps him away and creates opportunities. Always be on the attack!
