Arm Trap
BY BURTON RICHARDSON
When at the back, the primary goal is to sink that choke and put the opponent away. But there is a problem. The opponent has two arms to defend with. A good fighter will be able to keep his chin down and block your attempts to finish that choke. The answer? Use math!
You have two hands for offense, he has two hands for defense. Change the equation by taking out at least one of his arms. The easiest way to do this is to use your leg to trap an arm. Push an arm down and throw your foot over. Pull your heel in tight to his body so it is difficult for him to pull out. Now it is your two arms against only one. That is good math!
